Silhouetting

I disvovered this technique by accident when I was trying to photograph (unsuccesfully) birds flying accross the sky. I forgot to change the shutterspeed and photographed this dead tree with the cresent moon centered between it’s fork. The result was the tree was silhouetted and even though the moon didn’t come quite clear, I was happy with the results.
